I am having a hard time understanding what your describing. Have any pictures? I would really like a toilet set up for W.C. catches.

Crazy thing is, when I voyeur chicks, they look all over the place. Maybe not because they are suspicious, maybe just curious. One thing I found that worked, was I had a weird looking painting in front of the toilet. When they sit and pee, they stare at the painting for awhile. Kinda keeps them distracted from looking at other places. The longer they stare at a painting, the less likely they'll look for and find your cam.

If you are designing the bathroom in your own house - why not just put a power point in the perfect spot & use a usb plug pac charger cam - they are the greatest idea ever !!
Ive been using one for months & it works like a treat - it stays in there permanently - its a completely normal thing to find there - make sure its a double power point incase the want to use a hair straightener or something.

Youll be able to buy 10 of them for the price of a descent size 2 way mirror

    I observe the Voyeur's Code:

"I pledge to never, under any circumstances, share, post, trade or otherwise distribute any original content that I receive privately from another voyeur without his express permission, ever. I expect other voyeurs I trade with to abide by the same strict policy where my own original content is concerned. This agreement must hold forever, even years after the files have been traded and all contact has ceased."

You remove the door casing, rout out a small compartment behind it, and place you camera there. There is plenty of room for larger cameras because you can cut into the drywall behind he door casing/moulding and hide some pretty good sized stuff. The pinhole for the camera looked like a nail hole so it wasn't very noticeable.

Additionally, you can run a cable down the wall behind the door casing and into another room or downstairs. My setup was in a first floor bathroom so the cord for the camera ran down into the basement and plugged into a VCR. This was a LONG time ago. I only powered it on when someone was there so no real worries about it getting hot.

Another benefit of this design is that you likely have plenty of casing/moulding in your house to practice on. Go into a closet somewhere in your home and you'll find moulding inside the closet around the door that no one ever pays any attention to. So you can take a piece of this off (it will have matching stain colors) and do the mods to it. If it works and looks good, swap it with the moulding in the bathroom. If if doesn't look good, just put it back in the closet and move on.

One more thing... try not to put the camera lens hole at eye level. Put it about knee level. You'll still get good videos and it will be much harder to spot. You can also take the moulding on and off as needed. If you have someone coming to visit, swap the moulding and hook up the camera. The less time the camera is there the less likely you are to get caught. Make sure your permanent setup can be easily removed/dismantled as needed to reduce the likelihood of getting caught.
FYI.... the same technique can be done with baseboards...

HDI-SDI pinhole cam, in the center of a phillips head screw, hardwired to a DVR. You'll never miss a thing.

I agree with the camera. But I have never seen a permanent phillips head screw in a private bathroom. You just changed the problem from "hiding a small pinhole" to "hiding/disguising a phillips head screw". It seems to me that the latter is tougher. Plus, people are starting to learn the phillips head screw trick.

A true pinhole camera requires a very small hole. I think it is easier to find a place to put that hole than it is to try and disguise the camera some other way.

Still doesn't uncover the hidden cam - but looks pretty sus having a 2 way mirror in you bathroom & will take some quick explaining LOL
In my experience, the reflection test isn't valid, as you can mount it with the relective side either at the rear or the front. I have used a 2-way mirror successfully and can tell you that both a standard and 2-way mirror are made in much the same way. The difference between the two is that a) 2-way mirrors are "half silvered", which means that the reflective metal particles deposited on the back are done so at approx 50% distribution; and b) 2-way mirrors lack the opaque protective paint coating the silvered surface. Also, a 2-way is equally reflective on either side- it all depends on which side has more light.

I'll try to create a members only thread on the topic shortly.

There was a thread her where a guy had an excellent bathroom set up in a house he rented to exchange students. The toilet faced the shower, which had a clear glass door. There was an outlet over the toilet with a camera, a camera in a floor heater and a camera under the sink. It was one of the best setup I have seen. If Flex is still here pm him. He knew the guy and used to edit his videos.
