    Exclamation Z7S Help with recording

    Hi,

Bought an Z7S recently and came with the instruction manual which was a direct translation from Chinese to English.

Can someone please help me with the setup of Z7S to record please? It has a wireless unit but no proper instructions to get it up and running.

    Help really appreciated.

    Thanks.

First, make sure you are SUPER careful with this thing, especially with the lens ribbon. They're very fragile. I think they are all pretty different but in mine I make sure the power is off before I put sd card in. Flip the switch on and hopefully get a steady red light. Then push my motion recording button on the remote (while holding the remote less than an inch away from camera). Hopefully the red light will blink a few times and that means it's working. To finish recording, hit the motion recording button again and the light should turn steady red again then push the power button on the remote. Then turn the switch off and take out your sd card.

And if youve got a really good camera then about 20% of the time you'll get a video you can watch for all your trouble.

T186s are pieces of shit. But they are so handy in so many applications and they're so cheap I keep buying them.

Thanks so much for your reply! Am not sure if the Z7S is the same as what you are explaining. I did not get a remote supplied with it.

I will give it a go soon after i recharge it again and let you know.

    Thank you.
