The framerate on the raspberry pi 3 would probably be much better because it is a much more powerful (but also larger) device.

For the streaming, you don't need internet access. But you do need network access between the two devices. This is typically achieved by using your phone as a wifi hotspot for the raspberry pi. Your phone will need to be able to connect to the raspbery pi's network address which means that it should be on the same network/subnet. It's ni different than viewing one cell phone from another cell ohone using a program such as "ip webcam".

Had a huge disappointment. I'm using the app "usb camera" is Chinese, and it's the faster I have found. It also has the advantage that I can lock the screen and the video is still recording. the other apps I've tried have always are a mess when I lock the screen.

But the problem is that after a while it stops saving the video, and it seems randomly.

Again I ask for any good app

    cheers

Had a similar problem before, might be your SD Card that is problematic? I ended up using the internal memory instead.

It's working now, seems like sometimes I need to restart the phone to see the files.

I bought a 2nd c270, and tried to use the app of dual usb cam. But It seems the phone is not capable of give energy to both cameras, and have not figured a way to solve this problem.

Have you tried using a battery powered usb hub to plug both cameras into? I haven't tried it myself but I imagine it would work. However, it does mean you have to carry around an external power source. The upside is that your phone battery should last longer since the phone should not be providing power to the cameras.

    Something like this:

    https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B0192...bZL&ref=plSrch

If the link doesn't work, search amazon for "anker 4-port powered usb ultra-slim hub" and you should find it.

Replace the power supply with a usb power bank and you should be able to run two cameras from your one phone.

I've never used this specific powered hub but it looks to be the easiest to adapt to a usb power bank without cutting wires and soldering connectors.

    It's not working.

the power source is plugged to the 4-port usb, and from there the phone and the 2 webcams are connected.
