The cabin most likely shares a wall with some other structure. So the two way mirror would be against the outside wall of the building that the voyeur is in. The other three walls of the cabin would have no bottom in the same way a dressing room at the mall would have no bottom on every side but the one facing the door. I hope that make sense.
